On her death it appears that these properties passed to her cousin Philip Bone who was executor. At his death they passed to his widow Catherine. In 1774 Philip Bone of St Erme yeo and Richard Bone of Probus yeo negotiated a mortgage for Zacheus Andrew of St Erme husband of Phillipa Bone.1 She made a will in 1763 at St Erme, Cornwall, England.2 She died in 1766.

All the rest of my estate, goods, chattles, moneys and all other my effects whatsoever I hereby give and bequeath unto my trusty and well beloved friend Mr. John Trethewey of the Parish of Ladock Cordwainer and to his sole use and behoofe forever whom I hereby make and appoint the sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
