Her occupation was teacher. She had a boarder Thomas hablyn Peter age 7 years who was probably a nephew.

     William was born say 1824 at Clerkenwell, St James, Middllesex, England.¹ William was employed at Blazey Coal Mine as a clerk in the counting house in 1863. The mine was owned by the Treffry family. He married Mary Martha (?)² In 1866 he was very ill with Typhus. There were 4 children. William Peter appeared on the census of 3 April 1881 at Double Trees, St Blazey, Cornwall, England; William was an Accountant and Clerk of the School Board.³ He resided, at Par, Cornwall, England, in 1892. William died .

     Charlotte was born. Charlotte died .

     William was born before 12 February 1839 at Padstow, Cornwall, England.¹ He married Priscilla Coombs Ramsay before June 1870 at Richmond, Victoria, Australia.² William Martyn Richards appeared on the census of 3 April 1881 at 13 Mt Edgcumbe Tec., Stoke, Devon, England; The family had two visitors both unmarried ladies- Arabella Richards an annuitant aged 41 born in Bosworth LEI. and Alice M Tucker 16 born Falmouth CON. Alice would have the daughter of a cousin. The family also had a live-in Cook , a Housekeeper and two housemaids.³ William died .

Francis Peter negotiated a 99 year lease on 8 July 1747 for a property messuage or tenement within the village, hamlets and fields of Tregona in St Eval, parcel of the conventionary lands of the manor of Trembleath, formerly in the tenure of Robert Reynolds, deceased. The term of the lease was for the lives of himself age 51 and Mary Chanoweth spinster aged 25; Counterpart of lease, in reversion, for 99 years, on lives of (2), aged 51, and Mary Chanoweth of St Merryn, spinster, aged 25 years.

In the Name of God Amen- I Francis Peter Gent of the Parish of Padstow in the County of Cornwall being of a Sound and disp.. mind and memory do well and truly make and ordain this my last will and Testament in manner and form following, Utterly ma.. void all former Wills and testaments made by me whatsoever. First I give and bequeath my Soul to God who gave it hoping to enjoy eternal Felicity thro the Merits of Jesus Christ my - only Saviour and Redeemer, And my Body to the Earth to be Decently Buried at the Discretion of my Eecutrix and her Gardians or Trustees after named etc.
Item I give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Janova Alias Peter all and Singular my Household Goods Such as Beds Bedheads Beding and all the furniture thereunto belonging: Table: Chairs: Pewter:Brass and all my other Household goods Whatsoever in Whose Hand or keeping they can or may be found together with all my wearing Apparel both Wooling and Linnen of what Sort Soever it be. Likewise all Such Money as Shall be Due to me for Rent or Rents or due from any Person or persons Whatsoever -and all other goods and Chattles belonging to me whatsoever, making and ordaining my Said Daughter Whole and Sole Executrix of this my last Will and testament.
