Bartholomew Sperry and Ann Sperry were also the witnesses at the marriage of Samuel Christian and Ann Cart of Market Bosworth at Thornton on 19 July 1775. A Bartholomew Sperry married Chatherine Simpson on 17 December 1746 at Market Bosworth. This may be from that family.^1,2 He was buried in 1805. Bartholomew died in 1805.³
